We are proud to continue working with the PRS Foundation as a Talent Development Partner in 2020. The cohort recognises organisations that have made significant efforts to support and advocate for new musicians in the early stages of their careers.
As a partner, hcmf// has demonstrated a commitment to providing a range of talent development opportunities to artists, as reflected in strands such as hcmf// shorts, Sound Pioneers and our Young Curators’ Programme. As part of these programmes, hcmf// engages with artists beyond their performance at the festival, providing an extensive mentoring programme that focuses on building skills within the music industry.
hcmf// will continue to collaborate with the PRS Foundation to address talent pipeline gaps, while also maintaining talent development opportunities throughout the Covid-19 crisis. As a Talent Development Partner, the festival receives a grant from the PRS Foundation for our year-round activity.
